Requirements to Become a Certified Document Preparer

EXAMINATION PROCESS:

The test is 100 questions based on major legal and document-related topics. You must pass the exam with a 70% or higher. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

Approved continuing education includes; attending webinars/seminars; attending online courses; and additional training to further extend expertise in document preparation

FEES:

Application for Examination (Non-Refundable) $50

Annual Registration & Renewal Fee $189

Late Rental Fee $50

Renewal

To Renew your NACDP license, you must have a minimum of 20 hours of continued education (CE) credits. You can gain these 20 credits by one of the following ways

Taking any of our growing list of course qualifies for the 20 hours of credits needed.
